RUSH ORDERS
Our rush turnaround is three weeks from when you approve the proof. For rush orders, add an additional 75% to the total cost. Please call us before placing your rush order so we can make sure we can accommodate your turnaround needs!
SHIPPING
Depending on how quickly you would like your invitations, we can ship by any method of FedEx Express. FedEx, we've found, is the best handler of precious cargo. We charge actual shipping cost plus $35 handling, and we insure your package for its full value. We'll contact you with shipping costs when your set is ready to ship. We'll need the shipping costs paid in full before we send you your invitations.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
When you place your order, we ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit. When you approve the proof, we'll need the balance paid before we can begin printing. We accept Cash, money orders and personal checks, American Express, Master Card and Visa. With personal checks, we wait until the check clears to begin designing and/or printing your invitations - this can take up to five business days. If you pay for the deposit and balance with a personal check, this can add to our turnaround time. As mentioned above, we'll contact you with shipping costs when your set is ready to ship. We'll need the shipping costs paid in full before we send you your invitations.
